Delete your account

You can permanently delete your My Book Haven account and associated data from the app or request deletion here without reinstalling the app.

Before deleting: export your library from Account → Data Tools if you want to retain a copy. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

Sign in to My Book Haven.
Open Account.
Select Delete Account, review the explanation, and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email the address below from the email associated with your account. Use the subject “My Book Haven account deletion request” and include the account email. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

The deletion process removes the account profile, personal library records, reading data, notes, uploaded avatars and book covers, Cafe activity tied to the account where deletion is permitted, and the app’s subscription entitlement link.

Apple or Google may retain purchase records under their own policies. Deleting My Book Haven does not automatically cancel an active store subscription; cancel it through the App Store or Google Play.

Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Those records are not used to continue providing the deleted account.
