How do I restore a subscription?

Open Account, choose Upgrade Subscription, then select Restore purchases. Paid plans are tied to the Apple or Google account used for the original purchase.

How do I export my library?

Open Account → Data Tools and choose CSV or JSON export. Existing records and export remain available even when a paid subscription ends.

How do I manage or cancel billing?

Open Account → Manage Subscription. Apple and Google control billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewal dates for purchases made through their stores.

How do I report Cafe content?

Use the report or flag control beside the profile or message. Include enough context for the moderation team to locate the content.

How do I delete my account?

Open Account → Delete Account for the fastest path. If you cannot access the app, use the web deletion request page.
